What materials do you need?
For an existing property, we start with photos. For a new development, we can use a floor plan, a style reference and guidance on furniture and finishes. The property details help us shape the video.
Can one of my agents present the video?
Yes. We can agree on a project using a digital version of one of your agents, with the required photos and audio sample. The free demo uses an agent selected from the SOSIA portfolio.
Do the example videos show what is included in the free demo?
